    Order Processing & Cancellation


    Every Skirtina order undergoes meticulous preparation to ensure our fashion-forward pieces meet your expectations. Due to our commitment to quality and unique designs, order processing typically takes 3-5 business days (extended to 5-7 business days during peak seasons). Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After this period, your order enters our production cycle and cannot be canceled, but our generous return policy offers flexibility.


    Returns & Exchanges


    We want you to love your Skirtina pieces as much as we do. You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 21 days of delivery (significantly longer than standard fashion retailers). For exchanges, we allow 30 days to accommodate international shipping delays. Initiate returns through www.skirtina.com and select your preferred option. Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" or with removed tags are ineligible for return.


    Return Conditions


    To maintain our premium quality standards, all returns must: (1) Show no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup (2) Include all original packaging including Skirtina branded materials (3) Have intact security tags. Our quality team conducts thorough inspections upon receipt. Items failing inspection will be returned to you within 10 business days with a detailed condition report.


    Refund Processing


    Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. This extended period allows for our detailed quality verification process. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and any return shipping charges. For credit card/PayPal payments, allow an additional 3-5 banking days for the refund to appear in your account.


    Shipping Responsibilities


    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item). We strongly recommend using tracked shipping with insurance—Skirtina is not responsible for lost return packages. For exchanges over $250, we may provide prepaid return labels at our discretion.


    Damaged/Defective Items


    Report quality issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos/videos. We'll arrange free return shipping and expedite replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. This exception reflects our commitment to delivering flawless fashion.


    Special Circumstances


    Customized or altered items are final sale. For holiday purchases (November 15 - December 31), the return window extends to January 15. Skirtina reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return rates (>40% of orders) or suspected fraudulent activity.
